At Infinite Aura, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. All orders are shipped through TCS.

📦 Delivery Time

• Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

🚚 Shipping Carrier

We use TCS for order delivery across Pakistan. TCS provides domestic courier and e-commerce delivery services through its nationwide network.

📱 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another contact method provided at checkout.

🏠 Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other contact information are correct when placing your order. Infinite Aura is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

⏰ Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.

❌ Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may contact you to arrange delivery. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
