Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for exchange.

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team
• Pack your item securely in its original packaging
• Use the prepaid shipping label provided
• Drop off at your nearest carrier location

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive your article at the same delivery address.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom products
• Perishable goods
